Shipping and Returns

Please note we can only accept orders for shipping to New Zealand addresses.

All tags are printed to order. We aim to process your order by the end of the next business day but of course circumstances beyond our control may sometimes prevent us from achieving this. If your order is very urgent please phone us to let us know and we'll advise how quickly you can expect to receive your tags. We always try to help with urgent orders but please contact us if you have specific deadlines.

We use standard New Zealand Post services to ship your order. The availability and speed of these services is subject to your location.

Please allow 10 working days between order placement and delivery.

Tag colours

The colours of the tags you see on your screen may not correspond exactly to the actual tags.  If you are uncertain about the colour, please ask for a free sample before you order.
